Flourishan 一周年慶抽獎活動 – 條款及細則

1.       於活動期間（2025年12月8日至2026年1月22日）在 Flourishan 香港銷售點購買任何產品之顧客，均可參加抽獎。

2.       每筆合資格購買均可獲得一次抽獎機會。

3.       參加資格以單一收據計算。

4.       參加者需填寫中英文姓名、香港身份證號碼或其‍他身份證明文件​號碼頭3位身份證號碼、聯絡電話及電郵以作使用獎品優惠時核對之用。

5.       獎品均不可轉讓、更換、兌換現金或作現金找贖。

6.       得獎者將於每次抽獎後即時獲得通知。

7.       得獎者需於2026年12月31日或之前一次性使用獎品。

8.       所有得獎優惠不可以其他任何優惠一併使用。

9.       參與本活動即表示同意Flourishan可收集、使用及保留任何與本活動相關的個人資料，以用於核實中獎者身分；及 兌換獎品及其他與本活動直接相關的用途。該等個人資料將嚴格保密，未經得獎者同意，不會向其他第三方透露或用於任何其他用途。

10.     Flourishan可能會要求得獎者拍攝影片和照片，用於Flourishan的社交媒體貼文、其他與本活動相關的行銷、宣傳或公告用途。得獎者須允許並同意Flourishan將得獎者的照片及影片用於此類用途。

11.     Flourishan 有權核實參加者資格，並取消任何不符合條款的參加資格。

12.     如因不可抗力情況，Flourishan 保留修改、暫停或取消活動之權利，恕不另行通知。

13.     如有任何爭議，Flourishan 保留最終決定權。

14.       抽獎將於2025年12月8日至2026年1月22日於Flourishan K11門店進行，得獎者將即時知道抽獎結果。另外,活動完結聲明亦於2026年1月30日在Flourishan網站內公佈及在《星島日報》及《南華早報》刊登。

15.     此使用條款及細則的英文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本的規定不一致，以中文版本為準。

Flourishan 1st Anniversary Lucky Draw – Terms & Conditions

1.Customers who purchase any product at Flourishan Hong Kong point of sale during the promotion period (8 December 2025 to 22 January 2026) are eligible to participate in the lucky draw.

2.Each eligible purchase entitles the customer to one lucky draw entry.

3.Eligibility is calculated based on a single receipt.

4.Participants must provide their full English and Chinese names, the first three characters of their Hong Kong Identity Card or other identification document, contact phone number, and email address for verification when redeeming the prize.

5.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash, nor can cash change be provided.

6.Winners will be notified immediately after each draw.

7.Winners must redeem and use their prizes in one transaction on or before 31 December 2026.

8.All winning offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

9.Participation in this event signifies consent for Flourishan to collect, use, and retain personal data related to the event for the purposes of:

• Verifying the identity of winners; and

• Prize redemption and other purposes directly related to the event.

All personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties or used for any other purpose without the winner’s consent.

10.  Flourishan may request winners to take photos or videos for use in Flourishan’s social media posts, marketing materials, promotional activities, or announcements related to the event. Winners agree and consent to the use of their photos and videos for such purposes.

11.  Flourishan reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

12.  In the event of force majeure, Flourishan reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the event without prior notice.

13.  In case of any dispute, Flourishan reserves the right of final decision.

14.  The lucky draw will take place at the Flourishan K11 store from December 8, 2025 to January 22, 2026, and participants will be notified of the result instantly. In addition, the competition conclusion statement will be announced on the Flourishan website on January 30, 2026 and published in the Sing Tao Daily and South China Morning Post.

15.  The English version of these Terms & Conditions is for reference only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
